Its government is bringing out various initiatives such as public-private collaboration through National Skill Development Corporation, teaching of Digital products from formative years of schooling, setting pathways for international mobility, increasing women’s participation in the labor force. In parallel, leading IT organizations have started focusing on skill-development programs to meet the demands of the digital era.

Saudi Arabia, being geographically located very near, enjoys the advantage of having timezone benefits. It has cordial and friendly relations with India owing to its centuries-old economic and socio-cultural ties. Recently, the two countries signed the Strategic Partnership Council (SPC) Agreement, which established a high-level council to steer the Indo-Saudi relationship. Being close to the country in distance and in relationship, India without doubt, is an ideal destination for outsourcing.
